Our Policy

CRH is committed to supporting all persons, including current, potential, and former employees, independent contractors, customers, and suppliers in coming forward with any genuine concerns of wrongdoing within CRH. Our Speak Up Policy outlines CRH’s commitment to providing various ways for you to speak up, handling those reports appropriately and confidentially, and treating you with fairness and respect when you speak up. The Policy also affirms our zero-tolerance approach to retaliation. 
We understand that you may feel more comfortable speaking up if you can remain anonymous. This third-party reporting platform (the Hotline) allows you to make an anonymous report.
